There are four new story books. The stories

Achievement Program
The heart of the Stockade is its
Achievement program. During the four years boys are in Stockade they will work their way
through a newly revised achievement program.
STOCKADE has
two divisions, Builders for boys 8 and 9 years old,
and Sentinels for boys 10 and 11 years old. The
heart of the Stockade program is Achievements. Each boy has a manual called BUILDER
TRAILS, or SENTINEL TRAILS, in which they complete activities in five different
areas, to help them grow physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.
Those activities are:
 |
Adventures in
Action |
 |
Trails Signs (memory verses) |
 |
Exploring God's Word, |
 |
How Things Work, and |
 |
Others and Me |
When they complete the
requirements for each level they receive badges, to be sown on their shirt, called
Blockhouses or Stations, depending on whether they are Builders or Sentinels. There are 8 Blockhouses
and 8 Stations. This is what they look like.

When a boy completes either 4 Blockhouses
or Stations he receives the Builder or Sentinel Pin. When he completes 8
Blockhouses or Stations, he receives the Builder or Sentinel Star. We have Bonus
Awards, as well for boys involved in special activities. |
