To protect The Genesee Gateway from the slings and arrows of outrageous litigation, we require that all web sites hosted on our servers have the Release Form filed with us.  The purpose of the form is to place responsibility on you and your organization for all content within your site.  It also limits damages you can claim against The Genesee Gateway if you would ever consider such a silly thing.

This form must be completed by someone directly connected with the organization.   Volunteers doing web sites on behalf of organizations must get the organizations to complete and return the form to us.

Completing and returning the form is a requirement.  If we have received payment, and set up your site but we don't receive the release form after a reasonable period of time (say, a couple weeks), we reserve the right to disable your web site until we receive the form.  (We would of course contact you before this happened.) 

Then again, we are unlikely to set up the site without the release form in hand! See below for extenuating circumstances.

We will sent out an invoice electronically to the billing email address on the form submitted in the previous step!

-$60 for the first year

- $15 for any additional domain names

If you have followed each of the four steps in this guide, you organization will have a web site on a GGW server as soon as we receive and process:

1- the request form

2-the release form

3 -the payment for the invoiced amount

If and only if these three items have been received will we go ahead and

-register or transfer the domain name as requested

-set up the site

-email the contact person on the form submitted step three with the new site account, password information, etc.
