The Central & Western New York OD Network is a
learning organization of mutually supportive peers who contribute to each other's
personal and professional growth. The organization is founded on the principle of
"keep it simple". We are affiliated with the OD Institute and the Organizational
Development Network. Membership affords the opportunity to try out new thinking
and behaviors in a low risk environment. Individuals, who are making a significant effort
to learn OD technology, even if they have not practiced, are considered eligible for
