How to Join RRTC

To join RRTC, simply send us the following information with membership dues. Past Rochester Rail Transit Committee efforts included our 1993 report "Rail Transit in Rochester-- New Directions, New Possibilities" which started a community discussion on rail transit. We continued to keep Rail Transit in the minds of our Community Leaders with our very successful Rochester Rail Transit Symposium held in early November of 1996. The RRTC along with the Downtown Community Forum sponsored three Transit Forums, two in the Summer and one in the Fall of 2000.   The success of the Symposiums and Forums combined with the upcoming feasibility studies, present us with great opportunities, but the studies will not bear fruit unless there is public understanding and support. Help bring rail transit to Rochester by joining the Rochester Rail Transit Committee. Members receive the quarterly newsletter "Rail Transition", minutes of each monthly meeting and the opportunity to serve on committees.
